I am a modest house a house solelyA
notable for the fact I lived here onceB
Its brass plaque depicts an oxygen eyeC
in which two pupils of hydrogen danceD

Downstairs is where I lit fires whose insightsE
with approach velocity froze me thenF
singed off into flame This always happened whenF
I came close to a truth Months passed Years NightsE

Shall I accommodate myself againF
a humble aquarium of lordlyA
thumbs some fin de species Of course each wordG
-
the blackout moth mutters to my keyboardH
shows the snowiest letter on this page is IC
must I now plumb its one remaining paneI
