Sloth (i) & (ii) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCCBDCCBECFECF AGHHGGHHGIJKLMK

Sloth IA
Too many a Samsan lip your teeth indentB
Too many a Sybil girl you lure to makeC
The Great Refusal for a fireside sakeC
And glamoured poet many a look has sentB
Into those eyeballs bear brown somnolentD
Nor dreamed that devils in each muddy lakeC
Were sucking his devotion in to slakeC
The furrowed belly of your fanged contentB
Religion's bane and Freedom's subtlest foeE
Behold the poppied freight your barges bringC
The dim lit souls that crave the prophet's gleamF
Or fettered people's writhing 'neath their woeE
Gossamer clips and thriftless harvestingC
Of phantom flocks and shadowy tilth of dreamF

Sloth IIA
My dreams dissolve the day's illusive netG
While crested Action's billows blinding beatH
Omniscient Eyes in troughs of Faith I meetH
I wait with ancient stars until they setG
Lest forward progress should their runes forgetG
I am the rest that makes the bar completeH
And in the shackled body of DefeatH
The womb of Baby Triumph living yetG
I am the blende of sleeping radianceI
The Siding where belated IndustryJ
Draws from a Silent Tank tomorrow's zestK
Prophetic Art's preparatory TranceL
Dilating Force's Sabbath systoleM
The Night of Brahm when worn Creators restK
