Auster Rampant! Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDECDE

A larger Argo ploughs our clearer blueA
Your Zephyr won no such auroral brideB
As her I woo The South is whence the tideB
Springs downhill to refresh the North and youA
To melt your adamantine basements tooA
When as your sagas sang the flaming eyedB
Children of Southern Muspel scatter wideB
Your world your gods when Ragnarok is dueA
-
Antipodean Whew We are the headC
The oceanic head while you slung lowD
With lands that scrape the floor of heaven gazeE
Par o'er the Bull your odd Europa wedC
Up to the Chambers of the South where glowD
Our pennant stars our wider Milky WaysE
