A Singer Of The Bush Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCD EFEFGDHD

There is waving of grass in the breezeA
And a song in the airB
And a murmur of myriad beesA
That toil everywhereB
There is scent in the blossom and boughC
And the breath of the SpringD
Is as soft as a kiss on a browC
And Spring time I singD
-
There is drought on the land and the stockE
Tumble down in their tracksF
Or follow a tottering flockE
The scrub cutter's axeF
While ever a creature survivesG
The axes shall swingD
We are fighting with fate for their livesH
And the combat I singD
