What I Miss Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDF GHGI JKJK LMNO

I miss the taste of wineA
Cakes with cherries on topB
I miss the dust on a lineA
Which never seemed enoughC
-
I miss the paper that I rollD
The foil that I've burntE
I miss the charcoalD
From the sheesha that I've smokedF
-
But what I miss is no more a wishG
For it's a chapter that I've closedH
My mind is now a dishG
Open to be exploredI
-
I crave for chicken wingsJ
A smile on every human beingK
I crave for the end of sufferingsJ
To speak and openly singK
-
I crave for something sweetL
Words that make me feelM
I crave for some sound sleepN
To wake up from a happy dreamO
