The Paramount Truth Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDD EEFG

Why pray for a long lifeA
Which be filled with great pain and greater strifeA
Where each day means nothingB
But still hoping to be one day kingB
-
Feeling down and sometimes hopelessC
This causes pain and renders you helplessC
For poverty could make one believeD
that his dreams only through evil can he achieveD
-
Wouldn't it be betterE
If one leads a life quite shorterE
Yet filled with love and peaceF
Providing nothing he could missG
