The Paramount Truth

Why pray for a long life
Which be filled with great pain and greater strife
Where each day means nothing
But still hoping to be one day king

Feeling down and sometimes hopeless
This causes pain and renders you helpless
For poverty could make one believe
that his dreams, only through evil can he achieve

Wouldn't it be better
If one leads a life quite shorter
Yet filled with love and peace
Providing nothing he could miss
