Yu-pe-ya-s Dirge For Tse-ky Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAAAB ACAAAD EFEEEF

DEAD my beloved This small purple weedA
That grows upon thy grave shall have its timeB
To ripen and to wane to bloom and seedA
But thou strong doer mightst not wait thy deedA
But thou oh noblest mightst not wait thy meedA
Dead in thy primeB
-
Gone my beloved I that held thine handA
Left sudden in a joyless waste aloneC
I tossing on life's sea and thou to standA
Hidden in the shadows of the silent strandA
Thou seeing me from where I may not landA
Gone from me goneD
-
Sleep well but what for me who still must wakeE
Dream joys but what for me who can but weepF
Oh darkened days where never dawn shall breakE
Oh weary troth plight I with sorrow makeE
But thou rest peaceful care not for my sakeE
Dear sleep thy sleepF
