I, The Poet Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHI JCCKALMN COPBHQRS

I am a poet thousands of words crowd my mindA
Tearing through the heavens digging into the earthB
I build nests of poetryC
Thousands of feelings from broken hearts seem to riseD
And in my silent mind I weave so many dreamsE
Thus my poetry is bornF
With thousands of hopes and pains I weaveG
The tale of the forlorn oneH
Thus the poetry of the forlorn one is rhythmicI
-
I the poet worship alone in solitudeJ
At the feet of the goddess AphroditeC
In the quiet of my heart I seek onlyC
A place at her feetK
For the sake of thoughts the restless soul of my mindA
I keep secretL
Laughing alone rejoicing aloneM
In a mad monologueN
-
I am a poet in the foolishness of humilityC
I am always carelessO
In the love of riddles I empty my heartP
And bind it to the earthB
I am a poet I fill my anger with affectionH
I dispel resentmentQ
Therefore I say my poetry isR
A gift from the CreatorS
