The Last Memory Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDEEFFGHIIJJKKLL MM

When I am old and think of the old daysA
And warm my hands before a little blazeA
Having forgotten love hope fear desireB
I shall see smiling out of the pale fireB
One face mysterious and exquisiteC
And I shall gaze and ponder over itD
Wondering was it Leonardo wroughtE
That stealthy ardency where passionate thoughtE
Burns inward a revealing flame and glowsF
To the last ecstasy which is reposeF
Was it Bronzino whose Borghese eyesG
And musing thus among my memoriesH
O unforgotten you will come to seemI
As pictures do remembered some old dreamI
And I shall think of you as something strangeJ
And beautiful and full of helpless changeJ
Which I beheld and carried in my heartK
But you I loved will have become a partK
Of the eternal mystery and loveL
Like a dim pain and I shall bend aboveL
My little fire and shiver being coldM
When you are no more young and I am oldM
