At Glan-y-wern Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABA CDCDC AEAEA

White robed against the threefold whiteA
Of shutter glass and curtains' laceB
She flashed into the evening lightA
The brilliance of her gipsy faceB
I saw the evening in her lightA
-
Clear from the soft hair to the mouthC
Her ardent face made manifestD
The sultry beauty of the SouthC
Below a red rose climbing pressedD
Against the roses of her mouthC
-
So in the window's threefold whiteA
O'ertrailed with foliage like a bowerE
She seemed against the evening lightA
Amongst the flowers herself a flowerE
A tiger lily sheathed in whiteA
