nor the floods drown | D |
But something written in lighter ink | E |

More firmly through dark narrow places | H |
And meet more easily nightmare faces | H |
A need to reach out sometimes hand to hand | I |
And then find Earth less like an alien land | I |
A need for alliance to defeat | J |
The whisperers at the corner of the street | J |

Halts for discoveries to be shared | L |
Maps checked notes compared | L |
A need at times of each for each | M |
Direct as the need of throat and tongue for speech | M |
