O Thou Of Little Faith. Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis
Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHBIJKGGLMG| It may be true | A |
| That while we walk the troublous tossing sea | B |
| That when we see the o'ertopping waves advance | C |
| And when we feel our feet beneath us sink | D |
| There are who walk beside us and the cry | E |
| That rises so spontaneous to the lips | F |
| The 'Help us or we perish ' is not nought | G |
| An evanescent spectrum of disease | H |
| It may be that indeed and not in fancy | B |
| A hand that is not ours upstays our steps | I |
| A voice that is not ours commands the waves | J |
| Commands the waves and whispers in our ear | K |
| O thou of little faith why didst thou doubt | G |
| At any rate | G |
| That there are beings above us I believe | L |
| And when we lift up holy hands of prayer | M |
| I will not say they will not give us aid | G |
