In A London Square Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDE FEFEDGDG

Put forth thy leaf thou lofty planeA
East wind and frost are safely goneB
With zephyr mild and balmy rainA
The summer comes serenly onC
Earth air and sun and skies combineD
To promise all that's kind and fairE
But thou O human heart of mineD
Be still contain thyself and bearE
-
December days were brief and chillF
The winds of March were wild and drearE
And nearing and receding stillF
Spring never would we thought be hereE
The leaves that burst the suns that shineD
Had not the less their certain dateG
And thou O human heart of mineD
Be still refrain thyself and waitG
