Snowbirds Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBAD EFGFEG HIEIHE

Along the narrow sandy heightA
I watch them swiftly come and goB
Or round the leafless woodC
Like flurries of wind driven snowB
Revolving in perpetual flightA
A changing multitudeD
-
Nearer and nearer still they swayE
And scattering in a circled sweepF
Rush down without a soundG
And now I see them peer and peepF
Across yon level bleak and grayE
Searching the frozen groundG
-
Until a little wind upheavesH
And makes a sudden rustling thereI
And then they drop their playE
Flash up into the sunless airI
And like a flight of silver leavesH
Swirl round and sweep awayE
