Personality Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOOP

O differing human heartA
Why is it that I tremble when thine eyesB
Thy human eyes and beautiful human speechC
Draw me and stir within my soulD
That subtle ineradicable longingE
For tender comradeshipF
It is because I cannot all at onceG
Through the half lights and phantom haunted mistsH
That separate and enshroud us life from lifeI
Discern the nearness or the strangeness of thy pathsJ
Nor plumb thy depthsK
I am like one that comes alone at nightL
To a strange stream and by an unknown fordM
Stands and for a moment yearns and shrinksN
Being ignorant of the water though so quiet it isO
So softly murmurousO
So silvered by the familiar moonP
