Knowledge Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCA DEEEEE

What is more large than knowledge and more sweetA
Knowledge of thoughts and deeds of rights and wrongsB
Of passions and of beauties and of songsB
Knowledge of life to feel its great heart beatA
Through all the soul upon her crystal seatA
To see to feel and evermore to knowC
To till the old world's wisdom till it growC
A garden for the wandering of our feetA
-
Oh for a life of leisure and broad hoursD
To think and dream to put away small thingsE
This world's perpetual leaguer of dull naughtsE
To wander like the bee among the flowersE
Till old age find us weary feet and wingsE
Grown heavy with the gold of many thoughtsE
