This morning am awake
I stretch, I yawn, I know am alive
I rubbed my eyes, I see a twin of my vision
I say thank you God, I know am alive
Why

Some pray before they sleep, But still
The cry for one more day to live, But still
Its a sun in the night
An Octopus with a horn

Why do i still walk the earth
Why do i sleep and wake up in the morning
I have water in abundance
In that water lies a horned Octopus

Everyday i thank God for my life
This priceless life in my grip
If my legs can walk, then there is a North star
If there is a North star
Then it leads to a galaxy
