What Mean Ye? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDF CCCC CGCG HIHI

What mean ye that ye bruise and bindA
My people saith the LordB
And starve your craving brother's mindA
Who asks to hear my wordC
-
What mean ye that ye make them toilD
Through long and dreary yearsE
And shed like rain upon your soilD
Their blood and bitter tearsF
-
What mean ye that ye dare to rendC
The tender mother's heartC
Brothers from sisters friend from friendC
How dare you bid them partC
-
What mean ye when God's bounteous handC
To you so much has givenG
That from the slave who tills your landC
Ye keep both earth and heavenG
-
When at the judgment God shall callH
Where is thy brother sayI
What mean ye to the Judge of allH
To answer on that dayI
