That Boy Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE GHIHDEFE JKLKMENE OPMPDENE

Is the house turned topsy turvyA
Does it ring from street to roofB
Will the racket still continueC
Spite of all your mild reproofB
Are you often in a flutterD
Are you sometimes thrilled with joyE
Then I have my grave suspicionsF
That you have at home that BoyE
-
Are your walls and tables hammeredG
Are your nerves and ink upsetH
Have two eyes so bright and roguishI
Made you every care forgetH
Have your garden beds a prowlerD
Who delights but to destroyE
These are well known indicationsF
That you have at home that BoyE
-
Have you seen him playing circusJ
With his head upon the matK
And his heels in mid arm twinklingL
For his audience the catK
Do you ever stop to listenM
When his merry planks annoyE
Listen to a voice that whispersN
You were once just like that BoyE
-
Have you heard of broken windowsO
And with nobody to blameP
Have you seen a trousered urchinM
Quite unconscious of the sameP
Do you love a teasing mixtureD
Of perplexity and joyE
You may have a dozen daughtersN
But I know you've got that BoyE
