To A Husband Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDDEEFFGGHI

This is to the crown and blessing of my lifeA
The much loved husband of a happy wifeA
To him whose constant passion found the artB
To win a stubborn and ungrateful heartB
And to the world by tenderest proof discoversC
They err who say that husbands can't be loversC
With such return of passion as is dueD
Daphnis I love Daphinis my thoughts pursueD
Daphnis my hopes and joys are bounded all in youD
Even I for Daphnis' and my promise' sakeE
What I in woman censure undertakeE
But this from love not vanity proceedsF
You know who writes and I who 'tis that readsF
Judge not my passion by my want of skillG
Many love well though they express it illG
And I your censure could with pleasure bearH
Would you but soon return and speak it hereI
