| How full the Joys how free the Love | I |
| Which do's that early Season move | H |
| As Flow'rs the Western Winds | C |

| But April drops our Tears | C |
| Which swiftly passing all grows Fair | J |
| Whilst Beauty compensates our Care | J |
| And Youth each Vapour clears | C |

| Scarce feeling we ascend | L |
| The gently rising Hill of Time | K |
| From whence with Grief we see that Prime | K |
| And all its Sweetness end | L |

| The Die now cast our Station known | M |

| The Thorns which former Days had sown | M |
| To Crops of late Repentance grown | M |
| Thro' which we toil at last | N |
