Muse Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DED

When in the night I wait for her impatientA
Life seems to me as hanging by a threadB
What just means liberty or youth or approbationC
When compared with the gentle piper's treadB
-
And she came in threw out the mantle's edgesD
Declined to me with a sincere heedE
I say to her 'Did you dictate the PagesD
Of Hell to Dante ' She answers 'Yes I did '-
