Listening Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACDEDFG

'T is you that are the music not your songA
The song is but a door which opening wideB
Lets forth the pent up melody insideB
Your spirit's harmony which clear and strongA
Sings but of you Throughout your whole life longA
Your songs your thoughts your doings each divideB
This perfect beauty waves within a tideB
Or single notes amid a glorious throngA
The song of earth has many different chordsC
Ocean has many moods and many tonesD
Yet always ocean In the damp Spring woodsE
The painted trillium smiles while crisp pine conesD
Autumn alone can ripen So is thisF
One music with a thousand cadencesG
