A Winter Ride Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDB EFGFBF

Who shall declare the joy of the runningA
Who shall tell of the pleasures of flightB
Springing and spurning the tufts of wild heatherC
Sweeping wide winged through the blue dome of lightB
Everything mortal has moments immortalD
Swift and God gifted immeasurably brightB
-
So with the stretch of the white road before meE
Shining snowcrystals rainbowed by the sunF
Fields that are white stained with long cool blue shadowsG
Strong with the strength of my horse as we runF
Joy in the touch of the wind and the sunlightB
Joy With the vigorous earth I am oneF
