| Unseparated atoms and I must | B |
| Sort them apart and live them Sifted dust | B |

| There are none ever As a monk who prays | A |
| The sliding beads asunder so I thrust | B |
| Each tasteless particle aside and just | B |
| Begin again the task which never stays | A |
| And I have known a glory of great suns | C |
| When days flashed by pulsing with joy and fire | D |
| Drunk bubbled wine in goblets of desire | D |
| And felt the whipped blood laughing as it runs | C |
| Spilt is that liquor my too hasty hand | E |
| Threw down the cup and did not understand | E |
