| How can one adore anything like rose | C |

| Evokes the pleasant memories I hold | F |
| Of people who were like roses I adored | G |
| Oblivious to the imminent threats of thorns | H |

| The impending threats of those disguised scorns | H |
| Oh all the affection that I poured | G |
| Their thorns turning it into loathe | I |
| Pricking everyone who tries to hold | F |

| Portraying their existence as a rose | C |
| I don't know whether to loathe them or adore | B |
| Better to abandon all the feelings that I hold | F |
| Of all the people I hold feelings for | B |
| I wonder why their existence reminds me of rose | C |
