In San Lorenzo Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCADDEFFE

Is thine hour come to wake O slumbering NightA
Hath not the Dawn a message in thine earB
Though thou be stone and sleep yet shalt thou hearB
When the word falls from heaven Let there be lightA
Thou knowest we would not do thee the despiteA
To wake thee while the old sorrow and shame were nearC
We spake not loud for thy sake and for fearC
Lest thou shouldst lose the rest that was thy rightA
The blessing given thee that was thine aloneD
The happiness to sleep and to be stoneD
Nay we kept silence of thee for thy sakeE
Albeit we knew thee alive and left with theeF
The great good gift to feel not nor to seeF
But will not yet thine Angel bid thee wakeE
