To The Duke Of Argyll Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJK

O Patriot Statesman be thou wise to knowA
The limits of resistance and the boundsB
Determining concession still be boldC
Not only to slight praise but suffer scornD
And be thy heart a fortress to maintainE
The day against the moment and the yearF
Against the day thy voice a music heardG
Thro' all the yells and counter yells of feudH
And faction and thy will a power to makeI
This ever changing world of circumstanceJ
In changing chime with never changing LawK
