I feel it still | C |
A stormy chill | C |
An aura everywhere | B |

And paddle through the rain | E |
My bootheels squash | F |
The squelchy wash | F |
Along the puddled lane | E |

My face refreshed with teardrops | G |
The clouds have wept from high | H |
They gently wet | I |
My eyes and yet | I |
They barely seem to cry | H |

I dance on midst the moisture | J |
The hail sends down to earth | K |
I sense the beat | L |
Beneath my feet | L |
And sing for all I'm worth | K |

But then the fulgid sunlight | M |
Warms the land once more | N |
I'm home to you | O |
As I step through | O |
A rainbow's archwayed door | N |
