This city life is a shitty city life
The rush and bustle of a nervous bunch
Each morning they live to work, they live for lunch
Mid afternoon they begin to tire
Mind wanders off to fragmented desire
Dreams of honesty, truth and fairness
Bosses projecting a smokey awareness
Late afternoon projectiles of steel hammer on home
Is this real?
Believe in us, is that to much?
Extinction not for the human touch
