The Mirror Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCDDEFC

Between the woods the afternoonA
Its fallen in a golden swoonA
The sun looks down from quiet skiesB
To where a quiet water liesB
And silent trees stoop down to the treesC
And there I saw a white swan makeD
Another white swan in the lakeD
And breast to breast both motionlessE
They waited for the wind's caressF
And all the water was at easeC
