Come Out With Me Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CDCDCE AACC CDEDCE

There's sun on the river and sun on the hillA
You can hear the sea if you stand quite stillA
There's eight new puppies at Roundabout FarmB
And I saw an old sailor with only one armB
-
But everyone says quot Run along quotC
Run along run alongD
All of them say quot Run along I'm busy as can be quotC
Every one says quot Run alongD
There's a little darling quotC
If I'm a little darling why don't they run with meE
-
There's wind on the river and wind on the hillA
There's a dark dead water wheel under the millA
I saw a fly which had just been drownedC
And I know where a rabbit goes into the groundC
-
But everyone says quot Run along quotC
Run along run alongD
All of them say quot Yes dear quot and never notice meE
Every one says quot Run alongD
There's a little darling quotC
If I'm a little darling why won't they come and seeE
