Prometheus Amid Hurricane And Earthquake Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDCDEFFFF

Earth is rocking in spaceA
And the thunders crash up with a roar upon roarB
And the eddying lightnings flash fire in my faceA
And the whirlwinds are whirling the dust round and roundC
And the blasts of the winds universal leap freeD
And blow each other upon each with a passion of soundC
And ther goes mingling in storm with the seaD
Such a curse on my head in a manifest dreadE
From the hand of your Zeus has been hurtled alongF
O my mother's fair glory O ther enringingF
All eyes with the sweet common light of thy bringingF
Dost see how I suffer this wrongF
