The Devil's Tomb Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGF HIJI KLKL

Today is five years old the devil is deadA
Who again would tempt my neighbours to sinB
Now let whatever all men do be on their headsC
Good or evil whether Trueness or treasonD
-
-
But there's still a priest raising up devil's tombE
Making religion again a cover for his worshipF
And many sons of scientists yet fashioning bombG
There's still some women not ready to give up gossipF
-
-
Is this land going to heaven old and youthH
And We'll walk through a bridge or tarred trackI
But my friends are spending life in way they chooseJ
They've wallowed too far to turn their necks backI
-
-
They tell me to mind too many truths i sayK
Because the babies don't know what it meansL
But I pray they would find peace in some wayK
You know we are all same holes in an old jeansL
