Not the dead or lost I revileA
That I lament and mourn soreB
Neither regret him gone to exileA
This sun I shall see no moreB
Do I cry for and show pitiesC
I groan for the land and seaC
Kingdoms nations and great citiesC
In dirts I spue and wallow as heC
Overwhelmed by wine and knows nuffinD
Even as bitter as a man would wailE
Upon her lover laying in coffinD
The pain like my foot ceiled anailE
Woe to you priests yet to comeF
For temples are polluted with vicesC
Prophets craft dreams deception of someF
They deceive seeing nothing divining liesC
Whilst I weep its because of theeC
O ye maidens and maids not bornD
For the evils your eyes shall seeC
The land which you would tread uponD
Is spoiled with lewdness and nudityC
Where they shall press your breastG
To bruise you of your virginityC
Hew you down as twigs from its crestG
Do not come do not comeF
I will do these things for youH
Men full of great shrewd and wisdomF
Thus write much books or fewH
Your wits would naught bringI
And your discovery be laughed atJ
Come not with summer nor the springI
Go you other world divert your pathK
Serpents wolfs the land is not saveL
Mankind shall spike you as vampireM
Stoning you to bare bed of graveL
Cease burn you up with fireN
Have you not heard or been toldO
Worse which silent ones have seenD
Those buried beneath belly of sandcoldO
O hide till every chapts turn greenD
Till the blue heaven yield blackP
And stars give no lit but darkQ
I Know not why I lament for theeC
My burdens beas that set for conceived donkeyC
And like from my heart its flesh is tornD
Although I shall receive no thing in returnD
