A Song Of Autumn Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABABAB CBCBCBCB

Where shall we go for our garlands gladA
At the falling of the yearB
When the burnt up banks are yellow and sadA
When the boughs are yellow and sereB
Where are the old ones that once we hadA
And when are the new ones nearB
What shall we do for our garlands gladA
At the falling of the yearB
-
Child can I tell where the garlands goC
Can I say where the lost leaves veerB
On the brown burnt banks when the wild winds blowC
When they drift through the dead wood drearB
Girl when the garlands of next year glowC
You may gather again my dearB
But I go where the last year's lost leaves goC
At the falling of the yearB
