Wish Upon A Moon Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDDEEFGGGG

I watch you from my windowA
growing fuller by the nightB
Even when your half fullC
you stil seem to shine brightB
I wish I could reach out and take you as my ownD
I'd put you under my pillow and take you out when I feel aloneD
I bet you see a lot from way up high where you areE
tell me were you once as well a starE
You've seen millions live and millions dieF
battels lost and battels wonG
Do you ever feel like saying that's it I'm doneG
Oh how I wish I could grab you and runG
My beautiful night time sunG

Poet's note: I wrote this poem while watching the moon from my window. The words to this poem is how I feel when seeing the moon. So far away yet it seems I could just reach out and touch it.
