Loveliest of trees the cherry nowA
Is hung with bloom along the boughA
And stands about the woodland rideB
Wearing white for EastertideB
-
Now of my threescore years and tenC
Twenty will not come againC
And take from seventy springs a scoreD
It only leaves me fifty moreD
-
And since to look at things in bloomE
Fifty springs are little roomE
About the woodlands I will goF
To see the cherry hung with snowF
