To The Same Flower (daisy) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAAABBBA CCCDEEED FFFCFFFC GGAHFFFH IIIAFFFA FFFHJJJH

With little here to do or seeA
Of things that in the great world beA
Daisy again I talk to theeA
For thou art worthyA
Thou unassuming Common placeB
Of Nature with that homely faceB
And yet with something of a graceB
Which Love makes for theeA
-
Oft on the dappled turf at easeC
I sit and play with similiesC
Loose types of things through all degreesC
Thoughts of thy raisingD
And many a fond and idle nameE
I give to thee for praise or blameE
As is the humour of the gameE
While I am gazingD
-
A nun demure of lowly portF
Or sprightly maiden of Love's courtF
In thy simplicity the sportF
Of all temptationsC
A queen in crown of rubies drestF
A starveling in a scanty vestF
Are all as seems to suit thee bestF
Thy appellationsC
-
A little cyclops with one eyeG
Staring to threaten and defyG
That thought comes next and instantlyA
The freak is overH
The shape will vanish and beholdF
A silver shield with boss of goldF
That spreads itself some faery boldF
In fight to coverH
-
I see thee glittering from afarI
And then thou art a pretty starI
Not quite so fair as many areI
In heaven above theeA
Yet like a star with glittering crestF
Self poised in air thou seem'st to restF
May peace come never to his nestF
Who shall reprove theeA
-
Bright 'Flower' for by that name at lastF
When all my reveries are pastF
I call thee and to that cleave fastF
Sweet silent creatureH
That breath'st with me in sun and airJ
Do thou as thou art wont repairJ
My heart with gladness and a shareJ
Of thy meek natureH
