How Sweet It Is, When Mother Fancy Rocks Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCAADDDEFEFEF

HOW sweet it is when mother Fancy rocksA
The wayward brain to saunter through a woodB
An old place full of many a lovely broodC
Tall trees green arbours and ground flowers in flocksA
And wild rose tip toe upon hawthorn stocksA
Like a bold Girl who plays her agile pranksD
At Wakes and Fairs with wandering MountebanksD
When she stands cresting the Clown's head and mocksD
The crowd beneath her Verily I thinkE
Such place to me is sometimes like a dreamF
Or map of the whole world thoughts link by linkE
Enter through ears and eyesight with such gleamF
Of all things that at last in fear I shrinkE
And leap at once from the delicious streamF
