Call Not The Royal Swede Unfortunate Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEFCGHIJGI

CALL not the royal Swede unfortunateA
Who never did to Fortune bend the kneeB
Who slighted fear rejected steadfastlyB
Temptation and whose kingly name and stateC
Have 'perished by his choice and not his fate 'D
Hence lives He to his inner self endearedE
And hence wherever virtue is reveredF
He sits a more exalted PotentateC
Throned in the hearts of men Should Heaven ordainG
That this great Servant of a righteous causeH
Must still have sad or vexing thoughts to endureI
Yet may a sympathising spirit pauseJ
Admonished by these truths and quench all painG
In thankful joy and gratulation pureI
