Ah! Where Is Palafox? Nor Tongue Nor Pen Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBACCDEFE

AH where is Palafox Nor tongue no penA
Reports of him his dwelling or his graveB
Does yet the unheard of vessel ride the waveB
Or is she swallowed up remote from kenA
Of pitying human nature Once againA
Methinks that we shall hail thee Champion braveB
Redeemed to baffle that imperial SlaveB
And through all Europe cheer desponding menA
With new born hope Unbounded is the mightC
Of martyrdom and fortitude and rightC
Hark how thy Country triumphs SmilinglyD
The Eternal looks upon her sword that gleamsE
Like his own lightning over mountains highF
On rampart and the banks of all her streamsE
