Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH BIJKJLMN

st sunlight reaching downA
to touch the tips of a fewB
high leaves that do not stirC
as though they had not noticedD
and did not know you at allE
then the voice of a dove callsF
from far away in itselfG
to the hush of the morningH
-
so this is the sound of youB
here and now whether or notI
anyone hears it this isJ
where we have come with our ageK
our knowledge such as it isJ
and our hopes such as they areL
invisible before usM
untouched and still possibleN
