The Sonnets Lxxxv - My Tongue-tied Muse In Manners Holds Her Still Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDEDFGHGII

My tongue tied Muse in manners holds her stillA
While comments of your praise richly compil'dB
Reserve their character with golden quillA
And precious phrase by all the Muses fil'dB
I think good thoughts whilst others write good wordsC
And like unlettered clerk still cry 'Amen'D
To every hymn that able spirit affordsE
In polish'd form of well refined penD
Hearing you praised I say ''tis so 'tis true 'F
And to the most of praise add something moreG
But that is in my thought whose love to youH
Though words come hindmost holds his rank beforeG
Then others for the breath of words respectI
Me for my dumb thoughts speaking in effectI
