Sonnet 004: Unthrifty Loveliness, Why Dost Thou Spend Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCDCEFGHGBB

Unthrifty loveliness why dost thou spendA
Upon thy self thy beauty's legacyB
Nature's bequest gives nothing but doth lendA
And being frank she lends to those are freeB
Then beauteous niggard why dost thou abuseC
The bounteous largess given thee to giveD
Profitless usurer why dost thou useC
So great a sum of sums yet canst not liveE
For having traffic with thyself aloneF
Thou of thyself thy sweet self dost deceiveG
Then how when nature calls thee to be goneH
What acceptable audit canst thou leaveG
Thy unused beauty must be tombed with theeB
Which us egrave d lives th' executor to beB
