Sonnet 002: When Forty Winters Shall Besiege Thy Brow Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACDEDEFGFGHH

When forty winters shall besiege thy browA
And dig deep trenches in thy beauty's fieldB
Thy youth's proud livery so gazed on nowA
Will be a tattered weed of small worth heldC
Then being asked where all thy beauty liesD
Where all the treasure of thy lusty daysE
To say within thine own deep sunken eyesD
Were an all eating shame and thriftless praiseE
How much more praise deserved thy beauty's useF
If thou couldst answer This fair child of mineG
Shall sum my count and make my old excuseF
Proving his beauty by succession thineG
This were to be new made when thou art oldH
And see thy blood warm when thou feel'st it coldH
