Bedtime Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGGHIJKILMNNOP

Usually I stay up late my timeA
alone Tonight at o I can tellB
I'm only awake long enoughC
to put my sons to bedD
When I start to turn off lightsE
the boys are puzzled They're usedF
to entering sleep by ceding to meG
their hum and fizz the way they give meG
to hold so they can playH
without money I'm their night lightI
I'm the bread baked while they sleepJ
And I can scarcely stand up dryK
in the mouth and dizziedI
by fatigue From our roomsL
we call back and forth the wornM
magic of our passwords and let oneN
another go In the morning SebastianN
asks who was the last to fallO
asleep and none of us cares or knowsP
