Persicos Odi Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDE FFFFGHGH

Dear Lucy you know what my wish isA
I hate all your Frenchified fussB
Your silly entr es and made dishesC
Were never intended for usB
No footman in lace and in rufflesD
Need dangle behind my arm chairE
And never mind seeking for trufflesD
Although they be ever so rareE
-
But a plain leg of mutton my LucyF
I pr'ythee get ready at threeF
Have it smoking and tender and juicyF
And what better meat can here beF
And when it has feasted the masterG
'Twill amply suffice for the maidH
Meanwhile I will smoke my canasterG
And tipple my ale in the shadeH
