To The River Itchin Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEEDFFGHGH

Itchin when I behold thy banks againA
Thy crumbling margin and thy silver breastB
On which the self same tints still seem to restB
Why feels my heart a shivering sense of painC
Is it that many a summer's day has pastD
Since in life's morn I carolled on thy sideE
Is it that oft since then my heart has sighedE
As Youth and Hope's delusive gleams flew fastD
Is it that those who gathered on thy shoreF
Companions of my youth now meet no moreF
Whate'er the cause upon thy banks I bendG
Sorrowing yet feel such solace at my heartH
As at the meeting of some long lost friendG
From whom in happier hours we wept to partH
